All sales are final. BEVYI does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered.

To qualify, the customer must contact bevyiclothing@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the order. Returned items must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

For preorder items, the same no-refund/no-return rule applies unless there is an issue with the item when received.

BEVYI may offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit at its discretion, but refunds are generally not provided except for qualifying issues.
